At Areya Health, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

How to Request a Return

Email our support team at support@areyashop.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. For exchanges, email support@areyashop.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, contact your bank or card issuer. If issues persist, reach out to support@areyashop.com.
